SCARICANTE F is mainly applied in the following textile industry processes:
• Reduced post-treatment of dyes and prints based on dispersed dyes on polyester fibers.
• Discharges of incorrect dyes or disjunctions from cellulose fibers and from polyester fibers
• Rapid high temperature cleaning of dyeing plants.
• Semi-bleaching and bleaching of natural, artificial and protein fibers.
• Cellulose fiber dyes with reduction dyes
• Development of prints with vat dyes according to the two-step method.
• Tincture of blacks with sulfur
DOWNLOADER F has the following main features:
• Does not dust during the picking and weighing phases.
• Does not disperse any characteristic odor in the environment
• It can also be dissolved in hot water without losing its characteristics
• The processing baths in which it is used do not generally require reinforcements
• Has a regular working point in time and temperature
• It is able to work even at temperatures above 100 ° C, where it is particularly useful for an energetic cleaning of the machinery, with the reduction and removal of reducible substances adhering to the metals of the machinery
• Significantly improves discharge treatments on direct and reactive dyes from fibers
cellulose and on dyes dispersed from polyester fibers
• Has better storage stability
• It allows to considerably reduce the problems related to sampling and dissolution
• It allows a lower storage in the warehouses, for the least amount of use in
processing
• Allows almost complete elimination of sulphites in wastewater
